WildFit Nutrition Coaching
Katarina has the unique distinction of being one of the few WildFit Coaches who has a medical background. She has a degree in Medicine from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and knows first-hand how little time in medical education is devoted to food and nutrition. Katarina was disillusioned by her time working in the medical field, never feeling that she made the kind of contribution to health that she wished to make when she chose to become a physician.
Katarina first learned about WildFit when Vishen Lakiani spoke at the first Extraordinary Summit about his experience with it, and she decided to sign up for herself to check it out. She was blown away by the profound changes that she experienced. Over the course of the past 2 1/2 year’s since she did WildFit, she has gone from a size 16 to a size 8, and had massive boosts in her energy and productivity and has in large part healed the chronic osteoarthritis that had plagued her for decades. She will forever be grateful to WildFit for helping her to achieve these changes and knows beyond a shadow of a doubt that she will never go back to the way that she ate before WildFit.
Katarina decided to become a WildFit Coach because she saw for herself the power of how WildFit was designed utilizing powerful behavioral psychology principles and an understanding of functional medicine to achieve permanent and pervasive changes in people’s eating habits. Katarina often partners with other coaches including Marilyn Carmona to bring added value to her clients. Her goal is to start a new Challenge each month so that you never have to wait too long to get started in changing your life. Contact her for more information on her upcoming Challenge. Katarina also enjoys working with Corporate organizations to change the health of their employees and can offer special bonuses to anyone who is interested in bringing WildFit to their workplace. The program more than pays for itself in increased productivity and decreased sick days as people transform their health through WildFit principles.
I also run a monthly (usually on the 3rd Sunday) potluck where you can drop in and meet other Wildfit friends and get more information!
Thank you Katherine and Marilyn. I know WildFit is not a diet but a reframing of the mind about food and a retraining of the taste buds but I have not been this comfortable in "these" jeans for quite some time and I can tell at this rate, they are not going to fit for too long - time to go shopping in my closet! My body feels so good and nourished with all of the great nutrients we are taking in without any of the crap we normally eat (and I eat much better than the average American). My body is starting to look different and slimming in areas that normally carry some extra weight - so interesting to see the changes. I am sleeping really well, my skin looks good and I am not longer getting bloated and gross after eating. Can't wait to see what the next six weeks brings - the past six weeks were so much easier than I thought they would be.
